I forget
that this is a hybrid musk rose because it is so different from most
roses in that class. Large clusters of pale white blooms edged with
lavender pink seem to float above dark green foliage on a robust 4'
x 4' shrub. They remind me of the blossoms of the dogwood tree. The
growth is angular with strong stems, unlike the narrow, dense branches
of most hybrid musk roses. This rose performs well with limited sun.
I have it placed in an area which receives no sun at all after 1 p.m.
and it blooms exceedingly well. Nice strong fragrance and no disease
problems as of yet. Highly recommended.
