This
little rose is what some refer to as a "do-er" - she blooms
her little heart out even in the worst conditions. I first placed
her in a raised bed in my tiny vegetable garden (I don't know what
I was thinking) where she was soon engulged by the neighboring peppers
and tomatoes. With apologies to Mrs. Finch, I moved her to a border
where she could live with more of her kind. Now with more room to
grow, she has developed a nicer form. The flowers are large, cupped
and semi-double and occur in clusters. Effective in containers, along
walkways or at the front of a border.
