This
rose has been used by David Austin to breed some of his English roses.
It is an upright floribunda with deep velvety red single blooms and
golden stamens that turn a bright red with age. It has a slightly
sweet fragrance. It is prone to powdery mildew but cases are usually
not severe. Does well with minimal sun. This was one of the first
floribundas created.
